TX - Client Rebates

Any rebates that you plan to give to a client MUST be approved by the Texas brokers BEFORE CLOSING and be reflected on the CDA. Agents may not make any changes to the CDA including adding a rebate.

Step 1: Fill out the following form to request the rebate and then a permission letter will be emailed to you.

Step 2: Upload the Rebate Permission letter into Skyslope under Misc Docs on the Checklist
