Step 1 Prescreen any Prospective Resident using the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire to ensure they meet our basic criteria

Step 2 Walk Prospective Resident through Home Partners using the Prospect Guide to set their expectations

Step 3 Send an Invite directly to your Prospective Resident through your Agent Portal linking you together

Step 4 Coach your Prospective Residents to submit their correct  Income Verification documents to ensure a streamline application process.
