Step 1: Go to https://joinapp.exprealty.com to apply as agent to set up your account with your name, phone number, and email. You'll need this info handy:
Sponsor's name
Your license info
Credit card to pay the $149 application fee
Checking account info for setting up direct deposit (account number and routing number)
SSN or EIN for setting up your W-9
Sign your ICA during this process
Step 2: Texas Agents - login to the REALM portal to request eXp Sponsorship
Step 3: Track your onboarding progress in https://my.exprealty.com

INSTRUCTIONS FOR MOVING YOUR TREC LICENSE
To request sponsorship in TREC/REALM portal, follow these steps. If you have any questions please let us know.
Make sure you have created your REALM Portal account and then follow the steps to submit your sponsorship request.
Follow these steps after signing in:
Click ‘My Records’.
Find your license number and click ‘Amendment' in the Action column
Choose ‘Change or Request Sponsorship’ from the Type of Change Request menu. Click 'Continue Application'.
Click ‘Look Up'. Select the License Type, enter the eXp Realty LLC license number (603392-BB) and click 'Look Up'.
The license holder is added. Click ‘Continue Application’.
Review the certification and check the box to agree.
Click 'Continue Application'.
*If you are a Commercial/Referral Agent, you will need to change the License type name to eXp Commercial, LLC license number to 9010212-BB.
