1. Get Revenos Affinity Certified

   • Attend the Revenos Affinity + BILT training.

   • No registration is required, but you MUST complete the attendance form.

   • Calendar of upcoming sessions: Revenos Calendar

2. Complete BILT Enrollment Form

   • Form Link: BILT Enrollment Form

   • Must be a full-time agent with at least 8 transactions per year.

3. Wait for Approval

   • Once approved, you can start receiving BILT referrals through eXp.

If a client wants to receive the BILT reward points when purchasing a house, they will need to sign up through the BILT app or website to enroll and then are paired with an eXp agent through our program. The eXp Revenos referral fee that is paid to BILT provides those rewards points to the customer.

1. Client must be a BILT member (either via their BILT credit card or rewards app).

2. Client must request a tour through the BILT app or website.

3. BILT then sends the referral to eXp, which pairs them with you.

4. You must notify Revenos that you are working with that specific BILT client.

🔥 Note: Clients cannot currently request a specific agent within the BILT app. If your client is planning to enroll, notify Nickole at nickole.mcgee-townsend@exprealty.net to make sure they are assigned to you.

If Your Client Is Already Working With You:

• They cannot retroactively get BILT points. Clients must be assigned through BILT before they go under contract.

• You cannot add them into the program later. It must start before home tours or contract.

If your client is already a BILT member and has not yet gone under contract:

1. Ask them to go into the BILT app and request a home tour.

2. Notify Nickole McGee-Townsend nickole.mcgee-townsend@exprealty.net immediately so they can be assigned to you.

⚠️ If they’ve already signed a home contract with you, they’re not eligible for points.
