Step 1: Accept Your Invite
Check your email for an invitation to join eXp’s Slack. Click the link to create your account and set your password.

Step 2: Join the eXp Workspace
Once you log in, you’ll be directed to the eXp Agent Community workspace. Think of this as your digital headquarters.

Step 3: Set Up Your Profile
Click your profile image in the top right corner and update your name, photo, job title, and time zone so other agents can easily connect with you.

Step 4: Explore Channels

Click “Channels” on the left panel and start browsing. Join groups relevant to your market 

We recommend downloading both desktop and mobile versions for full access:

• Channels – Conversations organized by topics, teams, or events

• Threads – Keep conversations focused and easy to follow

• Mentions – Use @name to notify someone directly

• Files & Links – Easily share documents and media

• Be respectful and professional—Slack is your digital office

• Add reactions (like a 👍 or ✅) to acknowledge messages without cluttering the feed.

• Pin important messages and files to channels for future reference

• Use Direct Messages (DMs) for one-on-one convos or small groups

• Use the search bar at the top to find past discussions or files.

Want to start a conversation with your team, region, or niche group?

1. Click the “+” next to Channels

2. Choose Public (open) or Private (invite-only)

3. Name your channel (e.g., #dfw-agents, #luxury-network)

4. Invite your people and start collaborating!

Workplace by Meta is being phased out. All eXp communication—including groups, announcements, and collaboration—is now in Slack.

Be sure to:

• Save any important posts or documents from Workplace

• Mute Workplace notifications if you're still active there temporarily

• Embrace the transition—Slack will be the foundation for our future collaboration!

No Data Migration: Workplace content will not be moved to Slack
