TIP: If you are using Gmail and Outlook try forwarding the signature email from our team to your Outlook email and then copying it from there (after telling it to show the images). Some users have had a "googlecontentent" link show up instead of the graphic in Outlook when copying from Gmail. It's best to copy the email directly from inside the email account to make sure it's friendly to that platform (outlook vs gmail)
Here are the settings to create your email signature in the Outlook App for Android and the Gmail app for Android
The Apple settings should be somewhat similar.

NOTES: Mobile signatures don't contain images, so if it says "image" then delete that text.
Also delete the social media buttons in the signature for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
Outlook Mobile allows you to hyperlink the IABS form, but Gmail does not support hyperlinks in the email signature. Just plain text.
