Texas Intermediary Disclosure and Election Notice
This form is used to inform clients about the intermediary agency relationship in Texas real estate transactions, where the broker can represent both the buyer and seller in the same transaction. It explains the broker's obligations to act fairly and impartially and allows the client to choose whether or not to consent to this type of relationship.

eXp Amendment to Real Estate Listing Agreement

The amendment also allows for adjustments to listing price, listing period, and other relevant terms. All other original terms of the listing agreement remain in effect unless specifically changed by this amendment.

The agreement specifies that no agency relationship is created between the seller and the buyer’s broker.

The form encourages the unrepresented party to seek advice from their own legal or real estate professionals.
